A series of work created by fusing poetry and imagery from my 8 year old notebook. From parties, picking up weed for the first time, being lost, being found, and all the rest. The early doors of understanding everything, written in biro pen.

The words are transformed into a body of work that reflects my style presently. Raw canvas, perfectly imperfect. Paintings made to be seen, to be hung, to be touched, questioned and understood. But, most importantly, work that is more accessible. The series is a celebration and an honour to the young me writing and drawing on my bedroom floor, and bringing these ideas and words to life in art.
