We all have to believe in something. Exploring themes of dedication and symbolism, using collage with collected scratch cards and other things found down the artist's street in Hull, collected for over a year. 
 
'I found it interesing how someone elses traces can leave ou with an image of themselves and in the cae of scratch cards, their habits. You can almost start to picture a life behind one discared item, like a keyhole into someone else's universe, and it's the same with religion really. Little stories, and collections of paintings of what may or may not have happened, building an image of a life that is not our own, something to be devoted to.'
